Members present:
Margarete Albrecht, lnez Andrews, Jenah Hamilton, Sue Kilmer, Mary Moore, Lee Wells and Librarian Sara

Visitors: none
Librarian's Report
COVID L9 Update: Mask mandate still in effect for staff and patrons. Staff must also continue to wear gloves
when dealing with money or public papers. Returned to regular operating hours on October L. Online
reservation and curbside pickup still available. Donated books are being accepted again and being quarantined
in Room A for at least a week.
Librarv Staff: All staff filled , no changes.
Monthlv Statistics: October, November and December 2020 statistics were provided
Programs & Activities: All activities are still currentl y virtual. Sara updated the board on all events for Baby
Story Fun, Preschoolstorytime, all elementary and young adult programs, as well as adult programs. No plans
are being made to return to in-house programs.
Budeet/F undine: Friends of the Libra ry book sales were to/3, tolt7, ttf7, tt/21, t2/5 and t2/19. No LLC
meeting, so no Christmas Silent Auction. Digital lnclusion Grant for outdoor access points went live on L2/2t

New officers were elected: Lee Wells- Chairperson, Jenah Hamilton- Vice Chairperson and Jeanne Riggs-
Secretary. Jenah motioned to accept nominations and Mary seconded.
