Mabel Fry Library Board Minutes tuãron ry,l ^t Mernbers Present: Margarete Albrecht, lnez Andrews, Sue Kilmer, Mary Moore, Jeanne Riggs and Librarian, Sara Schieman. Visitors: none Librarian's Report: Covid 19 update: Mask mandate ín all City facilities through 3/31., now optional. City will follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and hand washing. We still encourage mask wearing and wear masks when working the check-out counter. Staff also began assisting with state Covid L9 vaccine portal. There was a push from the Mayor with TV coverage and as a result there were over 60 phone calls for information and many registrations. Workers are still quarantining, cleaning all returned materials and qua rantining donations. Library Staff: Autumn Ford, 19-hour part time resigned, and Kylie Maxwell was hired. Monthly Statistics: January, February and March Z.AZL statistics were provided. Programs and Activities: All programming continues on either Facebook or Zoom. This will continue until fall, however the library will be part of the Fourth of July festivities. Budget and Funding: Friends of the Library book sales at the old library were held U16, 216, UZA,3/6, 312A,41t7,5/1,5/15,6/5,6/79 andT 13. Sales were good. Overdrive has acquired the electronic portions of Recorded Books. All holdings were transferred to Overdrive. Britannica School is no longer provided by ODL because of costs.
