THE TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
THE TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON
JULY 11, 2023 AT THE CENTENNIAL BUILDING IN THE CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE
ROOM. THE MEETING WAS HELD AT 6:30 PM.

CITY OFFICIALS: Arnold Adams, Public Works Director
Item 1: Discuss and approve the minutes of the regular Traffic
Commission Meeting:
June 13, 2023
Motion for minutes to be approved:
Motion – Rick Cacini
Second – Charlie Lee
The motion passed unanimously.
Item 2: Visitors:
None
Item 3: No Parking Sign request in several areas of Sunrise Hills
Subdivision. Requested by resident Glen Smith.
J. Montgomery; table until next month. Get more information
from residents.
Item 4: Discuss Traffic Concerns
T. Peters; Frisco Ridge, police are being called, has become a
drag strip. Tim notifying police and asking for extra patrol.
R. Cacini; Rt. 66 & Yukon Parkway, people are turning out
onto Yukon Parkway but cutting thru Casey’s.
C. Lee; Left turn at Main & Yukon Parkway, East left turn @
Cornwell
J. Montgomery; no comments tonight
