City of Yuma City Council Citizen's Forum Agenda Tuesday, November 15, 2016 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. THERE ARE NO SPEAKERS SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME. ___ THE MEETING WILL RECESS AND RECONVENE AT THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF CITY HALL. ___ II. INFORMATION SYSTEM OVERVIEW The Chief Information Officer, Jim Hamersley, and the Information Technology Services (ITS) team will give a mobile tour and present an overview of the ITS department, the different lines of business and the services they provide, as well as current and future projects. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the November 16, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the November 15, 2016 Regular Worksession and the November 15, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. There are no Executive Session agenda items scheduled at this time.
