Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE Briefing by Chuck Coughlin and Courtney McKinstry of Highground, Inc. regarding the 2016 regular session of the Fifty-Second Legislature and outlook for the 2017 regular legislative session, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. CABALLEROS DE YUMA ANNUAL REPORT Briefing by Travis Smith, El Presidente, of the Caballeros regarding the association’s annual report, including current activities and strategic plans for the future, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 16, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the November 16, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the November 15, 2016 Regular Worksession and the November 15, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
