City of Yuma City Council Citizen's Forum Meeting Agenda Tuesday, December 6, 2016 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. ROADWAY CONDITIONS Mr. Kerry Jones would like to discuss the roadway conditions of the Parkway Drive cul-de-sac within the Vista Del Valle subdivision, what impacted the condition of the road, the roadwork currently being done in the nearby area and schedule for repairing the cul-de-sac. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the December 7, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the December 6, 2016 Regular Worksession and the December 6, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Open Meeting Law. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the following ordinances (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4): • O2016-038: Declare property surplus and authorize sale through a competitive bid process of property located at Avenue 4 ½ E and 36th Street. • O2016-039: Declare property surplus and authorize sale of property located at the northeast corner of 1st Street and Madison Avenue.
