Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS
I. There are no speakers at this time
II. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the November 7, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the
November 6, 2018 Regular Worksession and the November 6, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas,
pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4, 5 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion and consultation with legal counsel regarding restrictions on use of 2%
hospitality tax and development fees for employee salaries. (ARS 38-431.03 A3)
B. Discussion and consultation with legal counsel regarding A.R.S. § 38-501 et seq. (ARS
38-431.03 A3)
C. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding a 50-year
consolidated easement with the USMC acting through the Department of the Navy. (ARS
38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
D. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding a potential
purchase and contract negotiations. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
E. Discussion and consultation with City Council in order to consider its position and
instruct the City Administrator and City Attorney regarding salaries, salary schedules or
compensation paid to employees. (ARS 38-431.03 A1, A3, A4 & A5)

F. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Boys and
Girls Club agreement and property. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3, A4 & A7)
