FALSE ALARMS Police Chief, John Lekan, and Police Captain, Rod Hamilton, will give an update of the modifications to Ordinance O2015-013 related to False Alarms, that was presented to City Council on March 18, 2015, followed by discussion and/or question from City Council. II. TEXTING WHILE DRIVING Discussion between City Council, Police Chief John Lekan and other City staff regarding text messaging and distractions while driving. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (3) and the following items: A. There are no Executive Session items scheduled at this time.
