Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT Julie Engel, President/CEO of Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, will present the organizations mid-year report, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. II. SOLID WASTE UPDATE Briefing by Joel Olea, Director of Public Works, and Dan Jackson of Willdan Financial Services, related to the results of a rate study, and discussion regarding proposed fee recommendations for residential solid waste services, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 21, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
