City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, February 15, 2022 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. 2nd QUARTER FY2022 FINANCIAL REPORT Doug Allen, Finance Director, will present the FY2022 Quarterly Financial Report for the 2nd Quarter; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. YUMA COUNTY BROADBAND PROJECT Susan Thorpe, Yuma County Administrator, will present on the Yuma County Broadband Project; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. ILLEGAL DUMPING Randy Crist, Building Safety Director and Joel Olea, Public Works Director, will provide information on illegal dumping; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 16, 2022 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the February 16, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting and the February 15, 2022, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
