City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, August 15, 2023 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT AGREEMENTS - YUMA PROVING GROUND The Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) Garrison Manager, Kenneth Musselwhite, will provide an overview of potential Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs) between the City and United States Army Garrison (USAG) YPG. IGSA’s are formal partnerships agreements between the Army and their State or local governments that serve the best interests of both parties and improve installation support services for mission, soldier, and family readiness; followed by discussion/questions from City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF AUGUST 16, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the August 16, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting and the August 15, 2023, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with, and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Quinn v. City of Yuma.
