Town of Zionsville Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners meeting memoranda for July 16, 2018. Present: Vice-President Josh Garrett, Commissioner Bryan Traylor, Commissioner Suzy Nagy, Chief of Police Robert Knox, Captain Jeff Morris and Captain Robert Musgrave Not Present: President Susana Suarez, Commissioner Matt Carney Call to Order: Vice President Garrett Approval of minutes from June 18, 2018 meeting. Motion made by Commissioner Nagy to approve and seconded by Commissioner Traylor. Motion passed by unanimous vote. Old Business: None New Business: Commissioners reviewed proposed policy change recommendations. Motion made by Vice-President Garrett to approve the policy change recommendations, seconded by Commissioner Traylor. Motion passed by unanimous vote. Captain Morris presented the names of two applicants for the position of Police Officer with a request to extend “Conditional Offers of Employment”. Motion made by Commissioner Traylor to grant the request, seconded by Vice- President Garrett. Motion passed by unanimous vote. Not Public Comment. Adjourn meeting: Motion made by Vice-President Garrett to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Nagy. Motion passed by unanimous vote. The next regularly scheduled meeting the the Zionsville Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioner is scheduled for August 20, 2018 at 8:30am or immediately following the Zionsville Town Council meeting at 7:30am in the Zionsville Town Council room at the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak St. Zionsville, Indiana.
