Zionsville Pathways Committee Meeting

Pathways Committee Meeting Minutes January 25, 2017 6:00pm Meeting attendees: Art Small Evan Williams Jeff Edmundson Elizabeth Hopper New Officers With only four attendees and our members not yet certified by the Town Council, we decided to delay the assignment of officers until the next meeting. Note: Art will be out of town until March 10th. Bike Friendly Submission Suggestion Jeff suggested we look into garnering input from a sector of our community to help push our submission process forward. He has started working with a number of members of LA Fitness to get their input. With Bill dropping off our committee, Jeff offered to lead both the Bike and Walk Friendly effort. He's planning to use this new input for both submissions. Pathways Master Map Approval Evan asked what the status was for Town Council approval of our Pathways Master Map which was being included in the Transportation Plan. Jeff offered to look into this approval. Evan asked that the drawing file be obtained so we can print our own maps. 2017 Goals Starting out 2017 we plan to address our committee goals. Please be prepared with some ideas on what might be good to accomplish in the upcoming months. We should also revisit the priorities in our Master Pathway List…maybe set one pathway as our "prime directive." Next Meeting - March 22nd
